We currently do not offer returns or exchanges.

Gift cards are non refundable

If the item received is damaged upon delivery, we ask that you provide us with an email that includes a picture of the defective item, CLEARLY showing the defect, and your order number, within three (3) business days from the date of delivery. We will then determine if the item is eligible for exchange. The item must be unworn with all of its original packaging.

We are NOT responsible for return shipping costs. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). We recommend to include tracking. As we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your item is received we will notify you that your exchange has been shipped.

An order cannot be canceled once placed. Due to each item being hand made, we do not cancel processed orders. If for any reason we are forced to refund a cancelled order or item, the client will forfeit processing fees of at least 50%. Orders that are unclaimed at customs will also forfeit processing fees of at least 50%.
